4th Anniversary (July 2012)
On the 4th Anniversary of YGHS Announced the YGHS Youth Live Radio, YGHS Cricket Club,Youth IT Camps. On this Annual Ceremony YGHS Introduced 1st time in Sahiwal "Excelence Awards" to those people who achieved something special or played an outstanding role in their fields. YGHS Dilivered 2 Salai Machin's to deserving ladies 5 bundles of Ramzan Rashan.

World Environment Day (June 2012)
Young Generation Helping Society organized World Environment Day on 5th June 2012 with Local Government of Environment Department Sahiwal to aware people that how much important is Environment for us.

Youth Institute Opening Ceremony (January 2012)
In January 2012 YGHS Started Youth Institute in rural areas. The 1st Camp was established in 109/9.L. This project is still continue but under crises due to financial problems.

String Musical Concert (October 2011)
In October 2011 YGHS Conducted a Mega Event in which more then 2000 people joined us at Live Musical Concert of Internationally famous Musical Band "Strings".

Wall Painting Competition (April 2011)
In year 2011 Young Generation Helping Society arranged a "Wall Painting Competition" against wall chalking with sponsorship of Master Paints. More then 250 students participated in this event.
